Meet Len

Len Morrell for State Senate
Making Things Right—Delivering for Others

Making things right and delivering for others is who Len Morrell is and what he does.

Born and raised in Rochester by blue collar parents, Len was taught that hard work, sacrifice and modesty are the building blocks for success. After graduating from West Irondequoit High, Len attended and worked his way through Monroe Community College and Fredonia State.

Len went to work for General Motors. While finding success, Len chose to answer a different calling and started his own company. With Morrell Manufacturing, Len was committed to making things right and delivering for others, crafting and providing precision-engineered products for the auto industry.

But making things right and delivering for others is about more than just business. It’s about putting people first and offering compassion and support to those others.

Since serving as a Monroe County Prison ministry volunteer as a teen, Len has repeatedly answered the call to help his community. Whether that means spearheading initiatives to provide food and counsel to those in need, coaching his daughter’s softball team or volunteering at the Rochester Animal Shelter, Len is dedicated to making Monroe County a better, more vibrant place for everyone who lives and works there.

Len is running for state Senate because there’s so much more to do if we’re going to improve our quality of life and create the type of opportunities our families deserve. Whether that means fixing our broken education system, making neighborhoods safer or creating the situation for economic development, we can count on Len Morrell to make things right and deliver for us.
